Over twenty Central Asia and Pakistan Fairtrade producers from 12 producer organisations participated in Creating Winning Marketing Plans, a two-day coaching programme organised in Dubai in November 2016
The programme included training on marketing, supply chain management, and case study discussions.
This was punctuated with Marketing in Action, a session which included a field visit to a Lulu store, the largest supermarket chain in the Middle East. A senior management team from the group demonstrated to the producers category management and consumer decision process.
Producers now plan to build marketing plans for their own organizations with the guidance from NAPP’s Marketing team.
